7 Day Tour of Istanbul- Bursa and Yalova

Day 1 - Istanbul

One of our staff transfer staff will meet you and take you to your hotel. After checking in you have the rest of the day free to explore the city.

Day 2 - Istanbul ( B / L )

After breakfast we pick you up from your hotel and the full-day Istanbul Classic Tour starts in Sultanahmet at Ayasofya(Hagia Sophia). The design of this magnificent building, with its vast dome, is a synthesis of the Occident and the Orient.

Blue Mosque, one of the most famous monuments of the Turkish and Islamic world, is the only mosque with six minarets. It is also known as the Blue Mosque because of the gorgeous blue glazed tiles decorating its interior .

Hippodrome, the scene of ancient chariot races and sporting events, contains four monuments: the German Fountain of Wilhelm II, the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine.

Topkapı Palace : The palace was the home of the Sultans for almost four centuries, until the reign of Abdulmecid I (1839-1860). Lunch at a local restaurant, which serves delicious Anatolian food.

End of the tour we will transfer you to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3- Istanbul to Bursa ( B)

Breakfast at your hotel in Istanbul then it will be your free day to discover the historical peninsula on your own. Regarded to the ferry departure times we will transfer you to the harbour then ferry to Bursa which takes almost one and a half hour, arrival and you will be transfered to your hotel in Bursa. Overnight in Bursa.

Day 4- Bursa- Daily Yalova Tour ( B / L)

We will pick you up from your hotel in Bursa at about 09:30 then drive to Yalova.

We will visit the Thermal baths to defecate from all your tired. After we go to visit Arboretum where it contains seven thousand different plant species, subspecies, varieties and cultural form is hosted Thermal Baths. (Private Baths not included in price);you will defecate from your tiredness.
Arboretum (Live Open Air Plant Museum); seven thousand different plant species, subspecies, varieties and cultural form is hosted.

Hayrettin Karaca Arboretum, Bursa was established in the year of 1980 by an eminent personality named Hayrettin Karaca. He was the originator of the TEMA Fund and the park has been named after him. It is strategically located at the main road of the Yalova-Thermal junction. You can locate this pace at the Samali village.

Set amidst the natural beauty and lush greenery, it is the ideal venue for the people who want to spend some time far from the madding crowd. The Hayrettin Karaca Arboretum in Bursa is extended for a large area and measures about 135 square meters Hasan Baba (with Barbecue Lunch); Delicious Lunch is next to the sea. Free time for you to explore the city.

End of the day we will drive back to Bursa and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Bursa.

Day 5- Bursa - City Tour ( B / L)

Bursa is the first capital city of Ottomans where the Ottoman Empire was first started. Taste the Iskender Kebap what Bursa is famous with it.

We will pick you up from your hotel at about 09:30 then our daily Bursa Tour will start with visiting the following places with our guide.

Green mosque & Tombcan be shown as the perfect blend between architecture and embellishment, the proof that such works of art were produced in a country where the battles between siblings had come to an end and peace had returned.

The interior of the mosque is decorated with a mosaic of blue-green tiles on the walls and ceiling of the eyvans, from which it gets its name.The interior of the tomb, sarcophagus and the mihrab, the walls, the front door plated, made by tiles.Also we will have a chance to see Sultan Celebi Mehmet 's tomb.

Mount Olympus (Uludag); It is a legandary mount of Greek Gods, the ancient Mysian Olympus. It is the highest mountain in the area. It is a popular winter sports center such as skiing, and a national park of rich flora and fauna. Summer activities, such as trekking, camping archery, also are popular.

Lunch at a local restaurant,

Ulucami (Grand Mosque)with its 20 domes and 12 massive pillars built in the Seljuk style in 1399. It will captivate you with majestic view.

Ulu Cami is the largest mosque in Bursa and a landmark of early Ottoman architecture which used many elements from the Seljuk architecture, built in 1396-1400. It is a large rectangular building, with twenty domes arranged in four rows of five that are supported by twelve columns. Supposedly the twenty domes were built instead of the twenty separate mosques which Bayezid I had promised for winning the Battle of Nicropolis in 1396. The mosque has two minarets.

Grand Bazaar is another important attractions of Bursa, you may seeworld famous Turkish carpets, Glazed Tilesand Pottery, Copper, Cotton, Ashtrays, Silkand jewelry and some souveniers in this old bazaar.

End of the day we will transfer you to your hotel and overnight in Bursa.

Day 6- Bursa to Istanbul ( B )

Breakfast at your hotel in Bursa then regarded to the ferry departure times we will transfer you to the ferry harbour then arrive in Istanbul and transfer to your hotel. Free time for you to do your shopping in one of the main bazaars of Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 7 - Istanbul ( B )

Depending on the time of your flight home, you can discover more of Istanbul or do some last minute shopping at the Grand Bazaar or the Spice Market. We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport where we say, "good-bye, hope to see you again soon," to our new friends.
