2 Days Tour - Ephesus & Pamukkale

Day 1 - Istanbul to Ephesus ( L )

We pick you up very early from your hotel and take you to Istanbul airport for a flight to Izmir. You will be met at Izmir airport by our staff holding your name card, and you will start your daily Ephesus Tour. Your full day tour of Ephesus begins. Among the many stunning sights you will see the Temple of Artemis and Hadrian, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Celcius Library and the house where the Virgin Mary is said to have spent her last years. At the end of your tour we take you back to your hotel in Kusadasi.

Day 2 - Pamukkale ( B / L )

After breakfast you will be picked up for a full day guided tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. The white cliffs of Pamukkale, which means cotton castle, were formed over time by the natural hot springs, rich in calcium and carbonate, that flow down them. We will also visit the ancient Greco Roman health spa of Hierapolis, where you can see the hot baths Mark Anthony is said to have given to Cleopatra as a wedding present. You will also see the great theatre, agora and necropolis. After your tour we drive to Izmir Airport for your flight to Istanbul, where we transfer you to your hotel.
