This luxuriously refurbished cave hotel in Ayvali offers rooms built using volcanic traditional stone with vaulted ceilings and decorated in traditional Turkish style.

All of the rooms at Gamirasu Hotel include private bathrooms, while some include LCD TVs and jacuzzis.

In the hotel kitchen, organically produced food is used. The chef presents the typical Cappadocian style of dinner with six Turkish dishes. Breakfast is served in an open buffet with home made jams, locally dried apricots, local honey, and fresh local produce cream.

Gamirasu Hotel offers free horse rides around Ayvali village to its guests. Guest can also enjoy a range of massage services on request.
