I just returned from Turkey on July 22 2013 back to Singapore. I read about Pomegrante tours on tripadvisor and emailed Mr Mevlut exactly what I wanted to cover and within a day, I received an extensive itinerary. Upon my arrival in Istanbul at about 9pm on 14 July 2013, I received a call on my way to the hotel from Mr Mevlut to ensure that the pick up from the airport was on time. I was certainly impressed at the very beginning of my 11 days in Turkey. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr Mevlut upon my arrival in Istanbul. He was fantastic in organising my itinerary and accommodations. The travels and transit and hotels right up to the transfer pick up time in each place was excellent. Even when I got a pick up time mixed up, he went out all the way to call the travel agent in Antalya and ensured, I will be picked up for my boat tour. I don't know how the system works over there in Turkey, but if you are a lone traveller and need safety etc, don't hesitate to contact Mr Mevlut. He was great and this is to commend him and every person in the hotel, driver, transfers, the flights were fabulous. I highly recommend for you to use Mr Mevlut and his agency. Thank you Mr Mevlut and I must say to the people of Turkey, you are doing a great job!

I would like to thank Mevlut for going the extra mile to make my stay in Istanbul a memorable one and being there for my daughter and I 24/7. I contacted him on a Sunday evening and requested my transfer to my hotel to be changed to 12.30am instead of 10pm and he was extremely polite and organised it for me. My wife and I decided to travel to Turkey this April and fortunately came across Mr.Mevlut Uysal of Pomegranate tours. We did a one week trip in Turkey where we covered places like ancient cities of Ephesus and Hieropolis, calcium terraces of Pamukalle and the wondrous Fairy chimneys of Cappadocia starting from Istanbul. We requested Mr Mevlut to give us a good budget plan that would help us cover the most important sites in Turkey and he made sure that he responded promptly to our queries and also arranged the best tour for us with proper English speaking guides who were not only knowledgable but also very polite and punctual. The transfers from one place to another was very smooth. Our bus journeys were pretty comfortable. Buses in Turkey are excellent . The food was not an issue either. Our hotel s were placed in central locations and was very neat and spacious. We neednt depend on taxis as we went on foot to the most important monuments like Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque that are situated overlooking the Bosphorous. Mr.Mevlut was also very kind enough to keep in touch with us throughout the trip answering to all our queries and we were grateful to have met him on the last day of our trip where he accompanied us to help us with our last minute shopping as well. Also please note that we missed our Balloon trip in Cappadocia due to bad weather conditions as it was terribly foggy and rainy and Mevlut personally met us and made the refund. Mevlut was not just a tourist agent who gave us the best tour but he is a great man who is absoluely genuine at heart and we are glad to have met him in person. We strongly recommend Mr.Mevlut of Pomegranate tours to make your trip to Turkey a dream vacation. Frankly speaking this trip was the best trip ever!! Thank you very much Pomegranate tours.
